If you work with faces in Las Vegas long enough, certain questions become part of the soundtrack of your day. Lately, one of the most common has been a variation of the same theme: “What has happened to Lady Gaga’s face?” Someone will say it while scrolling through Instagram in my lobby, or whisper it as they settle into a treatment bed layered with crisp linen and the soft hum of a diffuser in the background. It is never really about Lady Gaga, of course. It is
